Alejandro was born and raised in Guadalajara. His family owned a “cocina económica”, a small restaurant with affordable homemade meals to go. This family-centered passion for food led him to dabble into culinary arts at the age of 12 and graduate as Master Chef at Corbuse Gastronomic Institute in 2015. His restlessness and desire to learn led him back to the classroom to obtain a higher academic level, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts at Universidad del Valle de Mexico (UVM) in 2018, launching a fulfilling career in the hotel industry and the opportunity to create unique experiences. Highly influenced by his grandmother, he has made his own creation, a fusion between avant-garde, pre-Hispanic Mexican cuisine combined with Latin and Asian flavors. These elements reflect his rebellious, adventurous and creative nature and make his mark as he cooks and develops his dishes.
